::Mission Work In Chile::
Liberty Baptist Church has been involved in mission work in Chile, South America. Pastor Phillip Gandy and his family served in Chile for 6 years starting churches and leading the lost to Christ. A group of 9 individuals went to Chile the end of 2005 and beginning of 2006.
The group's main reason for going to Chile was to encourage the missionaries and pastors that are working in Santiago, Iquique, and Arica. The group spent time with missionaries and pastors in each city to help with projects and see the need that each pastor and missionary.
The team worked with children in Vacation Bible School in Arica and attended the ordination of the new pastor of Iglesia Bautista Betania in Iquique. The also attended church services in Santiago, Iquique, and Arica. Some time was spent praying for the needs that are in Chile and praying that God will send more missionaries to Chile to take the Gospel to Chileans
Continue to pray for the people of Chile that they will hear the Gospel and that many men, women, boys, and girls will come to know Christ as their personal Savior.
